This time Nickolas finds himself in the woods with a slave on the run going past him and he joins hm on the journey North to freedom. This volume has fact "files" at the bottom of every spread which I enjoyed much more than the volume that didn't. It's also quite an action-packed story with lots of information along the way. A decent primer on the Underground Railroad, in general, presented in a graphic novel format.
