I found this story strange as Bruce tells Selina about an event from the past. When Bruce had been the Batman for only a year or so The Joker and Riddler went to war against each other and every villain in Gotham City chose sides. Pretty much any villain you can think of had a cameo in this but only a few had any lines. Meanwhile, Kite Man is introduced and we are given his origin story. It wasn't a very exciting story since it took place in the past so we knew everyone survived. I hope the next volume explains why these events have any relevance to the present.
