Green Arrow, Volume 1: The Death and Life of Oliver Queen by Benjamin Percy
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I loved the New 52 Green Arrow and this new beginning for GA is pretty good. It picks up with Oliver still having the same background he gained in The New 52 but things are going in a new direction for him. He loses old friends and gains back ones who 'd forsaken him. This has Green Arrow partnering up with Black Canary and the two of them battling an organization. This story also takes Green Arrow to a point where he loses his Oliver Queen identity and we're left with him possibly only having his Green Arrow persona left. But the cliffhanger ending leaves us not knowing what is going to happen next making us anxious to read the next volume. A good story with decent art.
